1. Agreement to Terms
By requesting service, accepting a quote, or hiring Mr Power Clean Pressure Washing ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We operate as an exterior cleaning and pressure washing service provider based in Valdosta, GA, serving properties within a 50-mile radius.
2. Property Access and Water Supply
Clients agree to provide unobstructed access to the exterior areas scheduled for cleaning, including unlocking gates and securing domestic animals indoors. The client agrees to provide an on-site outdoor water source with standard continuous flow pressure unless alternate water delivery arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
3. Pre-Existing Conditions and Surface Variations
Pressure washing removes surface dirt, pollen, mildew, and organic stains. It cannot repair pre-existing oxidation, structural rot, cracked concrete, deep oil penetration, or previous chemical damage. We inspect surfaces prior to washing and take standard precautions to protect plants, delicate fixtures, and windows.
4. SMS and Electronic Communications
By submitting our quote form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages and calls from Mr Power Clean Pressure Washing regarding your estimate, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
